Delivery
- Packages are generally shipped within 1 - 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via The Pallet Network (TPN).
- Shipping fees include handling, packaging and postage costs.
- If you prefer an AM times delivery, an additional cost will be applied so please contact us before choosing this option.
- Your order will be dispatched at your own risk but special care is taken to protect your goods.
- A tracking number is available on request with every shipment.
- Drop-off will require a signature.
- Please note there is no recourse on unchecked goods.
Returns
- New unpacked goods can be returned with a 25% restocking and handling fee.
- In the case of the goods being unpacked and unused the return and handling fee is 50%.
- If the goods have been opened and used they cannot be returned.
- No returns can be accepted after 14 days.
- Damaged goods for return must be notified within 24 hours and returned within 3 days.
